“This was a rip-off, Westminster ticket was not included as mentioned here. Also we had to wait in lines so it’s misleading information. The tour guide was polite and knowledgeable but the company advertised wrong info. We felt we overpaid for the stuff that was delivered.”

“Our first time using a guide for a tour so didn’t really know whet to expect. Had a brilliant time at the NHM. Our guide, Damiano, was fantastic. Took our ten year old son for the tour and Damiano was great within him. Knew exactly what highlights of the museum to see, where to stand, and was very informative. Teddy really enjoyed his day. Really good tour and glad we decided to try it.”

“Our guide Anna was a great communicator. She reached out ahead of our meeting time and coordinate an alternate location due to heavy rains. Anna met my family of four and guided us through the private tour entrance and massive Westminster Abbey crowds with ease. She offered a detailed history and pointed out many of the thousand burial/memorial sites. Anna was an expert on the royal lineage and connected many figures to pop/current references. We all enjoyed our 2 hour private tour.”
