We were unable to enjoy our tickets and also denied a refund without reason. I would NOT recommend this company. There are plenty of other hop on hop off companies to choose from and I will be making a different choice next time I visit London.”

“Very good value money wise! But we didn’t plan our day properly, didn’t take into consideration the London traffic. We went on the tour bus which is excellent but it takes a long time to get around cause of the traffic which is not to blame the bus for. The staff on the bus were really nice people, very helpful and polite people. Wanted to do more museums but didn’t have time for it. Our teenager son was very happy though, he loved sitting on the bus and seeing all the sites from the top of the bus. We will recommend using this pass just be sure to plan the…”
