Everything about this class was outstanding, starting with an easy meeting point just outside the Underground station, where we were met and welcomed met personally by Monisha. We enjoyed the trip to the nearby grocery store to learn tips for choosing the best ingredients, which will help us to duplicate the great dishes we prepared in class. Monisha made us feel comfortable and welcome in her kitchen and then she walked us through not only the recipes, but also the science behind building flavors in Indian food that are delicious.
