“It was very easy to find the shuttle. The driver called us when we were in baggage claim and we found him right away. But we were staying at the Park Plaza Riverbank and he dropped us at a different Park Plaza. We did not realize it until we got out of the car and then had to walk for 20 minutes in the pouring rain to the other hotel. So that was a bummer. But I would still recommend this service.”
